SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Maison Woof attempts to process and ship all orders within one to two business days, depending on when orders are received. All delivery dates and time frames are business day estimates, and are not guaranteed. All of our ground shipping services are provided by UPS, and therefore we do not ship on non-business days or holidays. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email to the same email address used for purchase, which will include shipping and tracking information.
Because we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, most orders cannot be changed once submitted; however, our customer service team might still be able to help! Please call us during business hours (11AM - 5PM PST Monday through Friday) at 206-405-2828 or email us at email@example.com if you need assistance with your order.
We take great pride in the merchandise we offer, but understand there may be a reason to return or exchange an item on occasion. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about our return policy or would like to return a non-custom item. Items purchased on our website may be returned for a full refund as long as we receive the merchandise unused, with tags attached, no later than 30 days from the day you received your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. All items sent back to Maison Woof MUST be sent with full insurance value for the items inside the box.
Please package the item(s) in original packaging or in a way to ensure safe transportation. Include a copy of your invoice and send the item to:

We will inspect the returned item(s) and issue a refund on the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase within 3 days of receipt. We will send you an e-mail confirmation once we have processed your refund.
Please be sure that you ship the item back so we receive it within the 30-day return window so we can issue you a timely refund.
